Reservations, payment and cancellations

A reservation is confirmed when the deposit of 30% of the lodging’s gross price has been paid by the due date (7 days from to booking). If the deposit is not paid by the due date, Villa Uuvana has the right to cancel the reservation.

The final payment must be made 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the stay. For reservations including Christmas and/or New Year, the final payment must be made 8 weeks prior.

Payment options

  • Stripe payment link (Credit cards, Apple pay, Google Pay etc)
  • IBAN bank transfer if customer has an EU bank account

Cancellations by customer

  • 6 weeks or more prior to the beginning of the accommodation –> fee is 100€ *)
  • 6 weeks – 1 month prior to the beginning of the accommodation –> cancellation fee is 30% of the gross price *)
  • less than 1 month prior to the beginnin of the accommodation –> cancellation fee is 100%

*) If the reservation period includes Christmas or New Year, cancellation times are 8 weeks and 8 weeks – 1 month
